Initiate
Currently Initiate and Civilian are precisely the same thing. I suggest you make initiate same as Civilian, but unable to talk in chat. That way if someone is drunk and being stupid we can mute them without kicking them.
alternatively, you could make it so initiates can be "turned off" by individual players in the clan who don't desire to see them, so others could still see them if they like.
