Default face shifts
During the day, the nod citizens have 1 face,
During the night, the nod citizens have a different face.
1 Character can only choose up to 2 faces, and you choose the 2nd face at lvl 40, just like your secondary

will give everyone a chance to feel like they won an face auction.

We actually would be willing to let you have two faces on one account if they were both unique faces both won in separate auctions. They'd alternate on odd and even days though, not a day/night thing.
