Vacation option for Arena

It would be very cool if we could earn "vacation time" from the amount of time we have while in arena mode. If selected, arena teams wouldn't lose rating for being inactive. It would only be for a certain amount of time, depending on how much time is spent playing in arena. There would have to be a max amount of time allowed to be taken for a vacation time in order to prevent rating hogging and from people whinning and complaing :-). Maybe a max of one week, since I'm sure some people would just like a break or if some uncontrollable event occurs and a team member is unable to play.
