Step 1) Go to tinypic.com
Step 2) Upload picture
Step 3) Copy "forums and message boards" link into your clipboard
Step 4) Paste that link into your message in the forums.
Step 5) ???
Step 6) Profit

No need to mess with an external site at all.

Open up your user control panel, upload an image to your album, copy the image location, paste that location into the link in your message.

Pretty much what Daer said, but without messing with an external site.

Only issue with using the nod forums is size limitations. You can do it that way though.
