When Calculating weapons damage the final answer is in 1/10 sec or
1/7 sec



1 delay = ? 10th or 7th of sec

Since you don't want people answering your q except Glitchless, I'll give you an easy way to test it. Equip a chippie(35 delay) and place a sylvain(delay 5 sec) healing gem in play, and watch for a few minutes. See if one ever catches the other(aka, the heals get closer and closer together and then further apart). If they don't, 7 delay = 1 second However, if they do, then the noobs who think it's 10 delay must be right!

I seriously doubt that Glitchless is going to say something like: this much delay is equal to 1 second. Glitchless usually doesn't talk about specifics like that.

As for what the exact # is, it probably varies a bit based on connection speed as well. 7 - 10 delay per second sounds about right.
