If I were a whipper I would be happy with this whip. However, since there are 15 whips, I wouldn't spend 100+ TCs to get the first one that came out.

honestly its a great whip for an arch-whipper as the Dex + Dur are solid, and it takes a 38 stone on -Str to keep other stats while giving 1% chance to hit with the bow... just a little early to drop $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ for support gear you don't use.

VERY VERY NICE STATS on this legenday!  I like How it is a nice melee style stats for it, Str/Dex/Dur, very nice to it!

doesnt matter who can and cant make that whip, it isnt getting dismantled and/or mastered til we can make it So until another one drops, Manga will be the only person that has one
