new chat channel

i propose a whole new chat channel that is only available to people who have never been temp game banned, forums banned, squelched, banned from civil or any other things.
this channel would be called rainbow chat, all the players in it will live in harmony and ride unicorns over the skittle rainbow while giving out care bear hugs to all in greeting.
the chat be constantly monitered and any who use a even slightly mean or dirty word will be perma kicked with the title meanie where arena brute would go forever.
