Down(up)tiering

Have an idea for changing tier. Not sure if this was mentioned befor, but... Let the row decide how many times to down(up)tier. E.g. row 1 means one time, row 2 - two times and so on. If Glitch want to punish us with progress bar, let it be, he can multiply waiting time.

The problem with this is in the uptiering. Unless it is a number like 64 etc, it will hit a roadblock at an odd number. Also, 21 wouldnt know to go up or down when being changed 3 tiers. Too many different headache numbers with the programming.

I don't see a problem here. If the number is odd, then allways downtier, when number is even, then we just need to check if it's divisible by 2*"row number". So, no problems.
