Default Legendary accuracy

This may have been suggested before, however:

How about having legendary accuracy for legendary items/pets? It seems only reasonable that a legendary item would be able to have that level of accuracy. Now this is something that shouldn't be easy or obtainable in a single day.

How about making it an actual challenge, by extending the Epicurious skill to go up to 125, and requiring that 125 for the legendary accuracy. It would give all those high level players with their stats mostly maxed something to level up and show off, and at max penalty, level 100-125 will take a long time, even for the speediest players out there.

Another bone (advantage) for booners? This is what it would be. If there is ever such a thing, I suggest that boon could not be used to reach this new accuracy. Level the playing field, yes?

I like the concept, but instead of increasing the Epicurious skill to 125 (and renaming it to Legendarycurious), make a new Stat skill like this:

This would allowing Glitchless to create weapons, gems and pets that require 120 of the respective skill to be equipped and allow legendary gear to reach legendary accuracy, all of that while not screwing players in the ass with 25 additional max penalty skill levels yet still being something to work for.
