Default Epic Effect(s) Transfusions

Honestly I don't feel motivated to make suggestions anymore. I have hundreds of ideas. A simple grade 0-5 from Glitchless per suggestion would at minimum show us they are being read. ( 0 = your a retard, use some common sense - 5= This WILL be implemented, fill in 2,3,4 with your imagination). But I'll throw this one out there.

(The items you are transfusing would have to be within 15 levels of each other to prevent OP low level weapons)

Epic Effect Transfusions:

This concept is simple, with the help of some heroic essences, or other items, possibly some gold. You may transfer the EFFECTS from an Epic item to a NON EPIC item, (common,rare) by effects I mean the procs, (bleed,stun,forsake,chance to hit, etc) and also raise the accuracy of the non epic item you are transfusing by 1 tier (good=great). This process will destroy the epic.

EXAMPLE:

Butterfly knife
Accuracy: exceptional
Uncommon

+

Blood claw
Accuracy: xxx (epicurious)
Epic
28% chance to cause 9dmg bleed

=


Butterfly Knife
Accuracy: Epic
Uncommon
28% chance to cause a 9dmg bleed

Just imagine the fun this simple change would create, imagine the boost in the market for lower level epics. Not to mention more player skill would be involved in creating new builds and tactics instead of just PAY TO WIN.

Wonderful idea it would promote diversity and make nonepic gear much more usdul.
Best idea i have heard since secondary classes.

This is a wonderful and brilliant idea...I think it would definitely give tanks more fun. Tanks using stone pot could still use a lvl 10 crush or lvl 18 whip with a 25% chance to daze opponent for 2.5 secs...would be carnage!

Oh and definitely support the idea of a glitch 0-5 rating system. Or could even be a simple red or green flag for no and maybe...

It would be great if there was a way to transfer procs and stat bonuses between items.

An example where this could be useful is as follows: people mix and match legendaries. An entire suit looks great, but an entire suit is seldom seen. Most people have an absurd mix with 1 leg from suit A, another leg from suit B, a chest plate from suit C and so on. Offcourse, the combos are great because they give their user the procs and stats that they desire. However, aesthetically, the end result is usually ugly.

I guess that it doesn't bother everyone but it irks me for some reason. Call me eccentric but I like it when my armor looks pretty.

This could apply to non-legendary items as well. For example, using a mixture of 88 epics with the 91 set (for maximum stat points), or using a mixture of different 99 epic armors = ugly result.

One shouldn't have to sacrifice functionality in order to attain a certain look.

I too am cursed with a slighly obsessive need to have matching armor, well played Conqueror, and great point.

I also think this process would be done with the enchantinf rod.
And should not be restricted to weapons only, but also armor and pets.
I also think the process of transfusing your item should change the text color of the item from green to orange, for commons, and from blue to grey for rares. Thoughts?

Alternate names for this conceept: weapon morphing, symbiotic enchanting. The blender, essence transfer, augment weapon. Etc.

Would be fantastic to even do that with low grade resources since they seem to have lost their usefulness.

question
would the proc keep the same % to happen as on the original weapon?

as it is the % for a proc to happen is equal to the delay of the weapon (81 slasher, 22 delay, 22% proc chance/////89 crusher, 19 delay, 19% proc chance) or would it be if i use a bsm (25 delay 25% proc chance) on say the level 10 crushers (10 delay) would the proc chance then be changed to 10. This would be the base delay before any hastes or weighted is applied.
