Those who get legendary weapons shall not sell.
If will dismantle may get more gold/TC's by this process than it might gain if it sells lg weapon.
Now an epic 99 consumable costs 1-1.5 mill gold, so 4-6 TC's. To be made the legendary TP may be required 10 TC's plus materials.
10 Tc's from 10 players means 100 TC's that I think will take the first few days and much more TC's after.
Any lvl 85 player can easely afford to pay 10 tc-s plus materials for consumable of legendary weapons. But it's very hard to afford to pay 100 TC's once.
For those lucky enough to get legendary weapon would be better to take the opportunity to maintain a low cost of legendary weapons and to assist for a quicly spreading.

makes sense... but....the entire idea of the game... is to be better than others...and having (One of).. if not (The Only) OP Weapon of its kind...if only even for a few weeks-months... gives you quite an advantage....

Having face says nothing about the amount of gold he has. Paul was N before yet im sure he could easily afford it. Being N is a choice not always dictated by finances.
