Default DoT Deathflow
I've been monitering my dmg on my DoTs. With my r20 malingering I got 3040 dmg on an outbreak, and 3587 with an outbreak+deathflow. This seems very low since i'm only getting 547 extra dmg from deathflow and I have 911 combined cnc and int. Does the dmg added by deathflow depend on the lvl of the skill or am I missing something?

hmm now i'm getting 2680 on outbreak which is 907 extra dmg, maybe I had the wrong number for outbreak before. I was freakin out. nvm.
