Expanding the player base can be done by the players, just read up on the referral system, not to mention we get massive rewards for it.

Glitchless is doing what they can imo.

yeah, thats true

i wonder if how far the game is scares some players away, though. people tend to like new games where they feel like they can be a top player, from people i know anyway

i wonder if this game will ever get to the point where he will add new game servers(that will practically start the game over as a new slate)

For a period I brought alot of new players into Nod from league of legend, but they all sorta quit around lvl 5..

This game is for the hardcore and it usually takes a few sittings to get into it. Infact, there are people I know who are lvl 85 now who started nod but quit after level 5, only to come back later. (This was me included)

I don't have a solution, but something about the beginning of the game must be changed to retain new players, no matter how hardcore this game is.

Making t shirts would help a bit imo. Its a good idea, but I am concerned with Glitchless LLC being mad about copyrights. I will help as long as it will not get me banned. I need a direct answer on what and how we can advertise, from Glitchless rep.

How exactly is nodiatis a hardcore game? As in what feature makes it hardcore?

If anything that turns off beginning players, it's that nodiatis is extremely expensive. Back in the day one could basically pay for a fully upgraded account with TC's bought with ingame gold, and keep this up throughout the years. With the current prices of a TC it would take new players an eternity to do this, if not impossible. If you have to toss a few 100$ to play the game at the same speed most people do, not to mention keeping up with accounts that are a few years old xp wise for pvp purposes, then that's only something a very limited amount of people are prepared/able to do.

hardcore as in it is one of the most grindy games I know, and I have played alot.. Although I like the grind, alot of my friends got turned off by the repeating grind

What you say about the money game is true, but if the beginning does better job of entertaining new levels, even something as small as lvl 0 pet... I feel we have a better chance to get them to pay. Nothing wrong with a game trying to make $100s of players, otherwise glitch will go under and we won't have this game

Yeah in that way it's hardcore.

Go under, you mean he will no longer be able to afford a ferrari but have to drive a bmw instead

Either way the nodiatis business model shouldn't be of any players concern. It's a business and if they have their stuff sorted good for them, but that doesn't change the fact that nodiatis is by miles the most expensive game I've ever seen (I'm talking about factor 10 and higher). And that is imo the main reason why people stop playing, as soon as they realize that (while it's advertised as a free mmoprg, which it is in a way unless you want to have a good account).

Pkperson and I did that a while back. Glitchless told us it was ok, but he reserved the right to do it himself and tell us to stop at some point in the future.
