Default SB legendaries
Quick question...If you purchase a legendary item from a crafter does it become SB upon the completion of the trade or when the item is actually equipped?

When uptiering legends for example a sleeve to tier 3. then dismantle and craft again is the sleeve sb or not?

The message glitch left is unclear.

You can't dismantle anything but tier 1's. Anything you craft is unsoulbound.

Ah so only tier 1 legends can be made then from a master. And to upgrade say to a tier 3 it would have to be from all the un sb tier 1 pieces to be sold on the open market.
