Chanzy, Hionnn, Hionmaiden Banned for Scamming/Char Theft

Earlier today he logged on to someone else's character that he knew, fooled someone else into DMing him and giving him the looted items, and then sold for gold/traded them to his main accounts. The person who was scammed did not receive compensation.

Do not share passwords. Do not ever let anyone know your password. If someone ever knew your password on your account or another account of yours be sure your current accounts don't use that password.

embla trades nude pictures of another person for ingame gold/tcs

i am sure hion will send you them and i know many other players can validate this. He attempted the same from me when i was still fairly new

While I can entirely agree with your actions, I'd also like to add a couple of other points
These are from discussions that have been going on with other clanmembers. Embla denies this, or when questions get awkward, refuses to answer them.

This information is also for other players

From what I gather :
Embla asked Chanzy to log onto Embla, to inspect and give some advice on build. Embla gave out a password to do this
In further discussions, Chanzy gave trophies/gold/TCs to Embla, to assist with skills. Payment for this was (allegedly) going to be made in ... lets say a photographic way.
When payment was not forthcoming, the fake DM occurred

Now, as I said at the start, this is from discussions with others. It is hearsay. I have no proof, but I have heard the same thing from different people, both of whom I am inclined to trust.
Hion deserves the toon bans, I'm never going to argue with that.

However, if this lot is true, then Embla is really pushing the edges of ToU too.

uhmmm isn't the internet full of free pictures of hooch that you need to pay absolutely nothing for. If you were expecting a cam session, you could get that too relatively cheap, maybe even free.

Although an offense of this magnitude could be punishable with a perma-bann I do not feel it it merited here.

If im to be perm banned, atleast unbanned Chanzy when he returns. I lied about ky identity, as he wad quitting. I only wanted to sit his toon so that he could return. However, if im too be banned, then I ask that embla, and all his alts be banned. He has scammed multiple people, I logged embla, and dtc killed her, I then gave most of the items to people she had scammed. I didnt manage to give them all away however.I sent you a long email explaining embla and his fake pics, yet you don't add any of that proof to my case. You're a joke, you ban the honest people, it's always been that way. It's not like im an arm, or a driive, they got multiple chances, and were. Far worse. I accept my actions, but thus is not a fair trial. If you do not look into this more severely, then embla will do this again. Many will quit, and your community will gradually deteriorated. I spent hundreds on this game, if im to be banned, atleast I did an honorable thing which many would thank me for. And abouts DEATHTOOCOME. He Knew what we planned to do, you glitch, told him nit ti speak to me. Instead ur be a close 'banned' friend who came to my aid, including many clannies. Thank you concede, and relic. The fact being, embla has many fully upgraded toons, from all the scamming, I only had one. He would scam, and store all gold on other toons, look into this, or unbanned me so I can rebuild embla... Otherwise you are as bad ad the one who has been commiting the scams. Maybe embla bribed you? Fact is, I made a mistake. Yet he gets chances, and others. Wheres mine?

This will cause me to quit, unless we can resolve the matter at hand. But if you do nothing, then Shame be on you.

I assumed the pictures had been received as payment....they were just...beat up. After seeing and not being please + finding out this person has used this plow several times in the past to gain gold/tcs was this action taken.

I am supposedly getting the pictures sent with the forward from said email address....hopefully it matches to the email embla has used in the past, but, it was definitely flaunted in Pack chat that pictures had been received and viewed.....after all someone showing themselves off and being very presentable at the same time? I see no reason why one wouldn't want to see the so called.

I sent an email to abuse@nodiatis.com before I logged embla. Go check again please, you will find in it proof, that embla gave the pass to me, I didn't ask. I also received pics which I studied, and they are to be fake. I don't care if im banned, it was high time I left nod in fact.

Embla deserves to be banned, he acts dumb and retarded to pull you in, then generally will sell pics. He also got lady banned, which is bull**** to. I don't care if I lose my toon, atleast I had fun ****ing his toon up..

All I ask is you check that email out, if you need more proof, I'll send you everything I have collected.
