Chanzy, Hionnn, Hionmaiden Banned for Scamming/Char Theft

So if i made a brand new account, and no one knew it was me, I could still have a second forum account? that kind of defeats the object of the rules. Maybe I have more accounts in nod, or maybe I don't.

hey glitch, if the pics were really sent (and based on chat i'ld say they were) since the game has 13 year olds in and that makes people minors how many times were said nudes sent to minors

Also another fact that I did this was that the pics are fake. They have the same tattoo's but on opposite sides of the body, embla apparently told me she was 17, and tattoo's are illegal so there only fake tattoo's, but when I first pm'd her, she told me she was 18, even karrodin knows this.

So there faild photoshop tattoo's.

If the pictures were taken in a mirror, the tattoos would be reversed. Also, minours can get tattoos with parent's permission (My daughter got her first one at 14). BTW, aren't you supposed to be banned from the forums?

Ok Hion. depending on where you are in the world, I'm pretty sure the age for getting a tattoo varies a fair bit. Just as for smoking, drinking, driving, voting.

In addition, yes, Embla/Dimond is absolutely in the wrong. But so are you. Bear in mind the toon Chanzy, who was carrying 99 epic weapons, and upgraded legendary gear. YOU are responsible for that lot being gone. Not Embla. You.

For you to try to defend yourself is, frankly, a disgrace. Go and take some responsibility for your actions.
Yes, Embla may have conned you (the figure I've heard from people is a bit over 500k goldworth. BUT you were the immature prat thinking with your hormones. It's your own fault. Nobody forced you to do what you did.
You COULD have declined the invitation to 'look at my toon, help with my build' but no, your ego was far too stroked to let that happen.

It is totally unacceptable that Chanzy should be banned because he gave his password out to someone.

Because if that is the case Embla should have been banned months ago (if not years ago).

I really cannot see why Embla gets away with sharing his/her password every single time, but nobody who deals with this extremely dishonest person seems to get the benefit of the doubt. Why is it that Embla is given second, third, fourth, numerous second chances????

Glitch - if you're so set on refusing to ban Embla, why not make a sticky entitled:

"Don't break the rules. In particular, whatever you do, DO NOT TRUST EMBLA"!

Or perhaps we should start a thread entitled Ban Embla NOW! We could all (I think) ensure that it remained at the head of all forum postings until 2020.....

Agree with that, but one thing bothers me, DTC is DM embla toon and take stuff, is he did something wrong too, because baning Chanzy in the proces while he taking some break from nod...............................

I agree with Gibson and Solo on this. And to be honest in the ToU it says don't give your password out to anyone at least 3 times in all caps iirc. I hear you are very lax on this rule Glitch but honestly in your post you stated that you know that Embla has shared passwords. And seeming this is not the first time Embla has done this don't you see this happening again? Once again I agree with Gibson as to where Chanzy should not be banned from this since he is taking a break from Nod and someone was sitting his account.

We could let this thread go on forever, all the people who know and like Chanzy or Hion will find their banning unjust; everyone who knows and dislikes Embla will want that character banned. We didn't let emotion play a role, we just banned the people who we found proof of committing bannable offenses.
