Ore rushes applys with resoucefullness

I was thinking i got plunderfield to a high lvl and why doesnt this apply with how many ores or an other items u get from resoucefullness activites, why not a ore rush like find 2 or 3 of an ore rather then 1, this would make a more stable balance with mining

I can't say I'm a fan of this one.
