Not really a nerf, as casters would be helping towards non-caster mana and energy upkeeps.

I suspect this would have the exact opposite effect.

While it doesn't happen all that often, draining a caster of mana and/or energy can be a viable technique in the arena. It also happens sometimes against tanks. While both are usually easy enough to avoid if the caster/tank is drawing replenish gems or their team mates are paying attention and feeding them mana and/or energy, still, it does happen.

This proposal would give the caster or tank the ability to draw upon the total mana and energy of the entire team, to include the team's various replenishing gems without the players having to feed the caster or tank. Are you sure that is what you really want to do?
