PK'ing reward system (pvp incentive) and slight boon change

As of now, anyone can go pk for a split second, have their alt pkk them...and reroll w/ boon... go pk on alt... pkk them... get their stuff back w/ 3x xp gains to redistribute as they see fit....
OR
a toons takes NO risk what so ever... and still gets 3x exp gains to redistrubute

WHY IS THIS THE SAME AS? :

A toon continuously PK's (legitimately) for a period of time, risking, and eventually succoming to ultimate death....

Solution: (NEW BOON MODIFICATIONS)

For rerolls/DM's/PK's that have NOT held a pk status for atleast a 30 consecutive day period or longer: 2x exp gains when starting back at lvl 1 upto highest held exp total.

Vs.

For PK's that have held an active PK status consecutively for atleast 30 day period, 4x xp gains upto highest held exp total when starting back at level 1.

I like your idea for PKs that restart and want to get back to where they were. This is great.

Here's another idea you gave me:

I'd like a scaling of the current bonus (2x XP + 0.1 times the number of legit PKs - PKs from different IPs)
- The bonus would scale every 10 kills, so only 1 kill = 2x

The bonus would be kept for the same time as current, but would count only PKs within a certain amount of time, up to a cap for a good spree.
- The amount of time would be calculated from the last PK.
- The length of time should be around 2-5 minutes (and no more than 10), since it refreshes every kill.
- I'd suggest the cap to be between 20 and 30 kills.

I'm willing to give PKs that work for their bonus something worth their salt
