No mention of any new updates with this month's patch? Are there any other changes? Possibly related to somebody's gold cap exploitation thread?

No that was the bonus for the 21st century. 22nd century is bonus to mobs that don't have any chests, and 23rd century is bonus to the amount of exp gained from sacrificing docks trophies.
