Default DW 2H weapons

Its a simple concept really , give a skill ( prehaps to capped players ) that allows that player to DW 2h weapons , but make them have a very high delay , this could provide a new range of combat for players , and maybe make the game a bit more intresting. could make it like the DW skill and at max lvl you will swing weps at the same delay as the origional 2h wep, or something to that effect.
I understand how some may disagree with this idea and say 2h users are strong enough as is , but i digress , any build can be strong if its made the right way , this will simply be yet another build that we will have the option to make and make the wonderful world of Nodiatis that much better.

I support only if the following conditions are added:
- 2handers do not get any benefit from being 2h
- The skill uses either its level or dual-wield to determine the weapon speed

What this does:
- Make a larger market for 2h weapons.
- Gives dual-wielders a buff by letting them use the higher-damage 2h weapons

Letting the effects of 2h skills affect 2 weapons at once would be overkill. Letting even half of those would be.
The option to use a single 2h weapon must remain for a few reasons, or else it would seem rather underhanded. The higher crits, accuracy, healing reduction and bloodlets, among a few, might help.

I think we would need another skill...

GROW ARMS: Each 50 levels in this skill grows you another arm. At level 100, you can equip two 2H weapons.

I would rather see dual wield shields than dual wield 2H weapons.

2h weps are for using 2h's... dw weaps are for 1 in each hand...

That skill would need to apply a penalty.

Example of Penalties (While wielding a 2h melee weapon, if you have another melee weapon or shield equipped) - more than one could apply:
1 - You lose 1 In Play Gem Slot per 2h melee weapon equipped
Total Slots with 2H+2H:
- Free = 2, Normal = 3, Premium = 4
Total Slots with 2H+1H/Shield:
- Free = 3, Normal = 4, Premium = 5
2 - You have a stacking penalty to auto-attack (and auto-shot) speed per 2h melee weapon equipped.
3 - You have a penalty to the gem draw speed per 2h melee weapon equipped.
4 - You have a penalty to pet attack speed per 2h melee weapon equipped.
5 - Penalty to AC.
---

The only problem here is that this is not like most games.
2h weapons are almost as good as 1h weapons, what changes them is the Stat skill that doubles their stat bonuses and the other skills that favor them.
