Rollover rested time vouchers

Been suggested before but not quite like this. Basically the way it would work is if you have full rollover rested time and ARE A PAID ACCOUNT, and you have gone over your rrt capacity, you may convert 7 hours of your rested time into a soulbound voucher for rested time. The nod gods would take 1 hour away as a payment for doing so, 2 hours if you don't have grinder. You would only be able to have a maximum of 1 (maybe 2 if you fulfill some special requirement) of these vouchers.

I can currently hold 39 hours rrt and i'm guessing the max is somewhere around 50 hours. 5-6 hours in the bank isn't a huge difference. Aside from that, I'm mainly suggesting a tweaked version of someone else's idea.

Various ideas along these lines have been raised over time.
A simple holiday mode would suffice. Puts a pause on all exp, rt gains and paid time.

Lots of online games have this option.
