Hunting Tools

Would it be possible to permit people to hunt with only a bow & arrow in inventory, not equipped? I'd like to hunt with my wizard, but, well, swapping a staff for archery gear between every battle is rather cumbersome.

I wouldn't think so, cause Mages aren't usually really great with Bows, now are they? Mages just weren't made to be hunters.

Sure we are, we should be able to hunt with our spells.

Fireball, BOOM!!! Not only is it dead, but instant steaks! We are Hunters AND cooks!

Anyway, while the mages-are-bad-with-bows argument *could* hold, it should also be noted that stalking wildlife is not the same as firing arrows in the heat of combat. Being gimped at something in combat settings should not necessarily imply out-of-combat gimping.
