Ok so I deleveled slashing to 0 and i have the 1499/1500. make the 1499 go away back to 0 somehow! i dont like a full green bar on a skill that im never gonna level again. k thnx bai

this drives me insane on skills ive deleveled that i wont use, like slashing cause i wasnt fast enough to remove passive after reroll

An alternate solution is to level it to Level 1 via passive, then immediately set another skill to passive. no more green bar that taunts you
