Default New Epic DOT Gem
Just a simple suggestion: a high level epic gem (or set of gems) that do 2 or more types of dot damage. Something that does disease, poison, forsake, bleed, burn, or any sort of that combination.

You can call it Bejeweled, or Bedazzled, or Glitterofancyschmaz for a few names. Thanks for your 10 seconds of time!

I like the idea of being able to rupture two types of damage at once.
The fact it does two types of damage means that the base ruptures deal less, so those DoTs should have a high base damage too.

I have to agree with Nem on this one.. Much rather see epic potions that split two types of potions anyhow.. lol
