Default New Stat Skill

These types of skills are in dire need of additions, there are many of us who do not know what to level now because nearly all stat skills are near or at 100.

The skill I am proposing would be nice because it would add more strategy to PvP, by not necessarily slowing down, but prolonging arena, albeit slightly; as well as allow the tank a little extra breathing room when facing high high high end mobs/bosses in groups.

Lv 40 Stat Skill
Level-imbue: For every level in this skill, an additional .50% x (the level of your equipment) HP is granted from tempers won in arena. Rares gain +5, Epics +10, Leg'drys +15 to their innate prerequisite level.

i.e. a level 85 toon has equipped an epic 88 BP that is 4x tempered, and 'Level-imbue' is leveled to 85 as well. The aforementioned toon would gain not only the 340 HP due to the 4x temper, but an additional : [1+ ((.85) .5) ] (88+10) = ~140 extra HP

Support! I find it unfair that a 1x temper on a level 9 epic should have the same bonus HP as a level 100 legendary.

I fully support. There doesn't seem to be a huge balance issue at hand either, though the numbers might add up quite quickly.


As a way to simplify the skill's description:

Imbue
Every level in this skill adds 0.5% of the item's level to your own when calculating the effect of tempers.
For the purpose of this skill, the levels of rare items are counted as 5 higher, epics 10 higher, and legendaries 15 higher.

The effect remains the same, but the description is much shorter, and the math becomes much easier.

Again, an example of the math.
Twinkytheclown (level 85) has a full set of 100 legendaries.
He tempers one of his prized items 4 times.
His Imbue skill is a low 50.

On his newly tempered item, the bonus HP granted is as follows:
[85 + (100 + 15) x (0.5 x 0.5)] x 4 = 455
