Default Town by Town Storyline and quests

The storyline of Nodiatis has a lot of work to be done, and tbh, would not take all too much effort from the programmers. I believe as you enter a new town for the first time, the Seer should automatically add to the storyline you've heard so far, and tell you a little bit about the towns history. This can be re-examined by visiting the seer in the church.

In addition to storyline continuation town to town, each town should have their own, smaller quests that fit into this new story line as well.

i.e.
Castille, once known as the town of visionaries, was home to the brightest philosiphers and free thinkers in the land of Nodiatis. Being a port city, it was quite the meeting place in its' heyday. Now, abandoned and decrepit libraries, schools, and universities are all thats left of this once wonderful town.

Your quest, take it if brave enough, is to find the drunken fisherman that loiters on the docks. He was once a brave sailor, but alas, even thou he's been strong enough to survive the draconian residents of Nodiatis, whether by luck or avoidance, his soul has shifted to the darkside as well. He goes on rampages, killing innocent souls that wander towards the great water. Put an end to this by defeating him, take his fishing pole, and prove your own knowledge and cunning by bringing me a tier 2 fish.

I like this idea, and after reading this I agree a description could add to the excitement of just the visuals when visiting a new town. Support
