Default Toggle: Pro Tips
I'm thinking two options: on and off.

Truly another worthless idea from you in my opinion.. I wish I could toggle my skills redistribute screen.. or had another way to access it without login in an out which is something that should be addressed rather than this. I catch level 60s and 70s not knowing things that these tips offer..

Infact I think these tips should be updated.. Informing players about REAL tips.. for example, if you are forced on by a PK, you can escape before actually drawn into combat, and vice versa.. The game has changed ALOT since these tips were put into place and alot of players are too dense to realize alot of functions/tricks in this game.
