No Clan Leaving Fee for Lowbies less than Lv 20
Hi all,
The title states it all: NO clan leaving fee for lowbies less than level 20. It would encourage clans to recruit some of the lowbies into a clan to socialize. The idea is that they'll be more inclined to stay and play if they have an addicted support network behind them.
Cheers.

for noob clans, like mine, FnKyM, alot of them take pride in how much they have earned for the clan while farming, and when someone leaves, even from a reroll, and it costs 10k per person, it can make them sad.
with this, it would give more of a reason for them to join, besides the 1++ runes that can be activated and used for cheap and from level 1.

Don't let the hopes of aspiring new players and clan members be dashed by the decisions of others so early in the game.

This is something that should not of had to be asked for and as time has went on even begged for, please take away the 10k fee at least for toons level 20 and below if they leave a clan (or have to be kicked cause they play once and then sit in the clan for 7 months until finally they are kicked and then 10k gone)

OR WAIT
what if it can take up to 10k from the clan if the player put in that much but if not it only takes what they made.
What I mean is it keeps track of the rp they put in either by donations and taxes, war so on, so if they do 10,001 or more in rp then it can take the 10k when they leave/get kicked but if they played and say only have 945 rp, then if they leave get kicked, the clan only loses that 945 rp not 10k.
Just an idea, please improve on this if someone can dig through it so that Glitch may read it lol.
Sorry about the two edits, its very early/late here and my eyes are tired...

Support, it will let clans take more of a chance on the lowbies rather than having a requirement for them to be above level 20 because it shows commitment somewhat

I like this idea even better. Because this way the Clan will always lose something, but at least it will scale with how much a player invested in the clan.
If it is changed to this it could even go above 10k - like a % of the total they've contributed so far, up to X per level.
This would mean clan leaders wouldn't kick a devoted member out of spite anymore, or at least would suffer the consequences by throwing away precious RP. This could (and should) be able to bring a clan's RP to the negatives.
A player leaving (rather than being kicked), however, should impart lower penalties (or none), at least if such player is below Lv20.
