Rally Point

The idea is to be able to set a rally point for clan wars, or to go along with the Light/Dark thing (Master or Officer would set).
All clan members fighting on (Maybe adjacent @ 1/2 the perk) the rally point would get perks that the player who set the rally point adds.
The perks could be like the temper system only using rp to purchase the rally point, and terr/dom to unlocks different tiers of perks.

So lets say you set a Rally point 1s of Ustenar and the person who set that rally point used Territory to purchase Melee haste then every one in that clan on that spot get the melee haste when fighting on that spot.

Maybe they couls also use Dominance to purchase Armor class. same would apply all clan members on that spot get the haste and the AC.

Ane of the Runes or potions would be good ideas to add the the list of perks you could add the the rally point.

Another idea is use an epic or Legendary item and the enchanting rod to create the Rally point and the rally point gives the perks of the item. like if you use the 88 breast plate you get a 17% chance to have the 170 fading damage absorption shield
