I don't understand how it would be a 'bonus' though.
After all, if there are hundreds of tier 30 resources on AH, then the price will drop quite quickly (economics lesson 1 : supply and demand), so this will end up hurting those who it is supposed to help.
Just imagine, as a 'real life' example : you hunt and skin the lesser spotted mongoose for a living. There's only a certain number that you can find, as they are very secretive creatures. They aren't endangered, just wary.
Because of this, and the days (or weeks) you spend on the hunt, you can charge $10,000 per skin, for people to use for specialist clothing.
All of a sudden, people develop a system for getting close to them, and there are thousands of skins on the market.
What do you think this is going to do to the price you get for your goods ?
