Default stat requirements for skills

So, for many of the weapons and gems, well, all, in this game, certain skills must be certain levels for use. Here is an idea thou, that will really add to this game....

These skills, not only have req's to open them up, as far as pre-req skills, but in addition to that, or maybe, just 'cap stone' skills, have stat req's to level these skills up and have them in effect.

i.e.
Shadow Form: (Combat Recovery 100) Every pt. in this skill provides up to an additional .20% chance for all attacks to 'miss' you based on your agility.
Req's 325 Agi to level this skill, aswell as for this skill to be in play.

i support the skills. the only downside is those with legendary armor makes it impractical. For them to reroll and to fix this. a skill would need to be added to save the armors for reroll.

I'd love a social skill that makes you have a percentage chance to keep your stuff when rerolling.

I could actually keep a set of every tier of epic armor just for this purpose.

Of course, any soulbound item remains soulbound.

New offensive and defensive skills that only open up once you get prerequisite skills to level 100 are really needed. At the current pace, with the current skill set-up, players are becoming more and more generic and the differentiation between them dwindles as one reaches the heights of the few skills that really make that character stand out from the rest, and players begin leveling all the secondary and tertiary in their personal importance skills.

What happens is everyone begins to have all the same skills maxed out instead of differentiation among skill importance. These 2nd generation skills gives players the ability to continue to hone the niche they wish to seek, and furthur add to player uniqueness.

bump...

Glitch... we needz moar skillz to train... but there should definitely be prerequisites to open said skills; same concept as lvl 40/60/80 skills which open up at a certain overall level, these skills open only when you get a certain combination of skills to the appropriate level(s) (IMO level 100). This would definitely make things very very interesting, make toons push through that 99 hell level, and give people more skills to drop XP into.

Skills that open up with multiple 100 skill prereq's sounds like a good idea. It could even be simplified a bit if it seems like it might upset whatever balance may already be in place now.

For instance, you could have a skill that adds 0.2% to block but also add one that has an effect like strikethrough that would add 0.2% to hitting through the block.

That would help keep the balance but also open up the way for people to fight higher level mobs.

If these skills did come out though, I think they should cost much more than any skills that are already out to prevent people with tons of gold or boon from maxxing them out in a day or two.

Honestly , I love the idea of new skills which are unlocked at 100 and everything but I also want this game to become harder in a way since it is getting rather easy to solo some earlier unimagineable things and everything, but generally support for the idea
