Post Legendary Armor Patch
kk LOVE the new gear, will def be pushing for some.
few questions:
If i was to buy a complete suit, yes would cost a bit, but still, they are SB upon purchase like Travel Gear.
Does this mean, if i go PK, and get PKKed while wearing said armor, that like travel gear, they are unable to be looted?? or will they be like normal items and be lootable but stay SB.
Also we know there are 15 sets, with 5 tiers available currently per set.
We also know that alot of it will be coming April 9th as non buyable. Does this mean you took suggestions that players made and are making them available through these means??
And finally. You mentioned a Special Resource Item for heroic only. Will this be based on a new skill?? or will it be dropable in our usual mini games as a super rare item??

Only answerable question is that legendaries will not be lootable off a PK or any player.

lol, you are not alone. If finding legendary armor is like winning the lottery (1 in 50 million chance or something crazy like that) and a store bought suit costs some 22 million gold, then very few people will be wearing these suits.
I guess those with plenty of money will be buying tc's and selling them in the auction house to pay for legendary suits. The suits have been made with 95 suiting level (considering a lot of top players fight in fungi forest and redwood, this puts the suit at a lower level than the mobs found there). At 95, they are more viable for a larger number of people. That means more people will be buying tc's to sell and plenty of money for glitch - which, I guess, is always at the forefront of glitch's thinking.
I guess the idea is to make legendary suits something that only a few legendary (for legendary, read 'rich') players can use. On that basis: success.

More expensive to craft than storebought is a major craft nerf... what do the Nod crafters left to go for now?

If the very high tier resources can be a little less scarce and, as a result, come down in price, the 99 suiting will still be the most sought after suiting and crafters can do well with them.
Right now, 350k+ for t30 dyes is a big no-no. People don't buy at those prices and 99 crafting is a dead-end of a craft. If the prices for t30 dyes come back down nearer the 200k mark, there is still a future for crafters.

that has no bearing on the fact that you'll be able to craft tier 1 non-store bought legendaries however they are acquired. since they'll essentially be priceless i can imagine crafters might want to if they have the skill to.

Just in regards to the crafting...Glitch said they become SB upon acquiring them...that might mean after crafting they're SB, at which point they'd have to be sold to store anyway...so, not worth crafting period. Would be nice if Glitch could confirm that...and if so...how are people w/o armorcrafting(i assume that's the skills) going to craft them? that's if they drop in TP form, when they drop of course.

what im thinking is that once they are crafted they will be SB, and you have to sell to a store, so that someone else can buy them from there.
also glitch, we know uncommon is same lvl, rare is +5 and epic is +10.
is legendary same as epic?? or is it +15/20??

So... legendary just means you have to be rich. Should have known this was coming, but I was too foolish to realize.

glitch did say that it was sell to store.
although, there will be other ways of getting it, just not right now.
also, if you cant afford the legendary gear, then you cant afford the 99 epics, as the legendary isnt much more expensive.

Wrong.
I've never had more than 3m gold and yet I have 99 suiting. I got it by finding some of the materials myself and getting help from clannies for other mats and, ultimately, the crafting.
Getting the 99 suiting is something I can achieve and have achieved. The legendary stuff is something I don't ever imagine having. The difference in obtaining them is immense.

u know by finding and selling those materials you used to get 99 armor you could have gotten enough gold to obtain legendaries? 99 armor costs about as much to craft as legendary do to buy

Pretty much all the top 10 teams left arena and do not care about winning cause its time consuming and a waste of gold, when we can just keep farming and getting legendaries, in other words... Arena prizes need a change, asap.

boo hoo
look at the cry baby who already won a season and has his 99 epicz whine about how the arena rewards aren't currently the best items available in the game. who cares if the the top ten teams really did leave the arena which i doubt they did - maybe some people actually doing the arena for glory and not as a means to get gear will duke it out at the top.
