some complaints and ideas

Hi I have been playing the game for a few weeks now and am getting really frustated at how many times the server kicks me off. I can be in the middle of a combat and suddenly the server loses connection. I am on a high speed dsl and can play other on line games and not lose connection. Can this please get sorted out before you start adding all sorts of more gems and abilities. I am sure I am not the only one experiencing this problem. Also there are problems with the screen going totally black and resulting in me having to log out to get the screen cleared.

Also I have been experiencing issues with the sound of the game..I hear battle noises constantly even when in the towns, then I lose all sound and again the only way to get it back is to log out close the browser and reload again. These are all very frustrating.

Also while fighting in a group sometimes the other player and I get locked intot he battle screen and cannot get back out.

I really love the game but do get very frustated with all the glitches that dont seem to be getting fixed.

Ideas

I for one would love to see a screen that whenyou have been to a town once that you could have the option to select which town you wish to visit rather than have to continually keep walking all the way round the map..or is there such a function that I have just not found. It does get boring especially if you get to the point that you are not gaining anything from going along that path but want to get to the town.

in the combat screen while playing in a group the lines that go through the items that you are not allowed to collect is very hard to see because it is black and often the background is dark as well...would it be possible to make those lines red or something so they would be more visible.

i never experienced any connectivity issues so im pretty sure its something at your end

sounds like u have an old Java version. I also have not experienced these problems

Same here, no problems with staying connected or sounds. See if the Java button beneath your screen is blinking. If it is you need to update your Java and that may cure your problem.

the only times i tried to be kicked off while lvling/fighting is at reset or if there is a reload

well the java button was blinking one day and I clicked to do the upgrade but maybe it didnt do it right...I will check that out ...thanks for the tip

Okay I went to the java site and tried to download the latest version but it checked my system and said I already had the latest version installed. Do you think it may be my browser then...cos I am running windows explorer 7 and dont seem to have issues with it on any other site than this one

perhaps you ISP cant make a stable connection to the game server or a firewall is causing problems for you

ok well I will check on my settings but it should be okay but you never know with these computers...one day they work fine and then the next the gremlins get in and away they go...lol
