why not use paypal to buy UGC codes online and then use those codes for nod and therefore getting UNsb TCs.
it doesnt bother me at all, and i only buy TCs through paypal.

Meh, I think after X amount of time the SB TC's should automatically unSB..
I mean really now, doesn't pay pal's policy end after so long?
I had like 20 SB TCs when I quit a year ago, and when I came back they were still, indeed soulbound because I was inactive and unable to unSB them..

Perhaps for players that have spent $50+ on the game, as long as they bought under 5 TCs they would be UN-SB. This sounds fair to me, while still protecting from exploit.
Sometimes I just want to buy a TC or two to sell, but I can't because of this. It would be less of an issue if I leveled up to 20, but I like where I am right now and don't plan on leveling. So for the whole year I've been playing, I've only been able to Un-SB 1 Tc a week.

USE PBC E-Check/Direct debit....all you need is your bank account number and routing number. They are the SAME price as PayPal, are UN-SB and you get them just as fast!!

Yes but sometime PBC doesn't work properly.. My brother for example who just started today, couldn't buy thru PBC due to complication which only god knows how long to solve..if ever..

also 2 problems with PBC
1) not many options availible in every country, some of which have a surcharge (e.g. in australia i have $1.5-$3 surcharge on using the same card as paypal)
2) i personally dont trust all the payment methods, - im not saying they're unsafe, or insecure but i just dont want to trust a minor payment option with my card details
surely we could maybe agree to a waiver of the return policy if we want them Un-SB'd?
