Default Decreasing Class Special Ability Cooldown

Specialist
Level 40 Stat Skill

Every point in this skill decreases the cooldown of your class Special Ability by .25%. At a skill level of 100, your class Special Ability will cool down in 75% the regular time.

It's not that much of a decrease. Angel would go from 20 minutes (or 10 with accel) to 15 minutes (or 7.5).

Would you support if it were a level 60 or 80 skill?

i see why you dislike the idea, but learn to multiply

75% of 2 minutes is 1 minute 30 seconds, 45 seconds with accel

and it has a low delay because the CA sucks



also, rogue, i haven't seen any non-afk arena fights last 10 minutes, so i don't see how an angel would be able to use spec twice in one fight.

that's cuz you haven't gotten to cap yet. when you get to cap, and tank/taunters are OP defensively, and you have a healer...they can go on forever. not to mention a bm tanker as well, if rabid happens to not be in play. then of course you add in the possibility of people adding angel or priest CA...it becomes a stalemate sometimes.

as nice as dps/heal/tank is, at lower lvls, 3 dps(or 2dps and tank) is often better b/c tanks dont prevent as much overall damage and healers can't stack 100+ heals to keep them alive.

no support from me either.
