Default Melee Increase Aura

Bows have Ranged Haste and Broadhead, Casters have Flamecall and Gemhaste. Meleers have nothing.

Proposition:

5 ranks of gems, similar to broadhead and range haste. One set of gems for melee haste, other increase to all melee damage.

people are hitting crits of 2500 now, they dont need to be stronger or faster

I support... but very low %'s.... r5's should be like 40/40/5secs and 5% haste, 5% dmg
