Default 4th Gem Pouch
I think if you have accel, grinder on your acct account and have all the virtues purchased you should have access to a bonus gem pouch.

Considering all the different set-ups an in-depth player must cover:
  • arena
  • mob farming
  • 1 vs 1 duels
  • boss battles
  • possible different build set-up (melee vs caster)
  • possible different strategy pouch
  • escape pouch

I currently only use 1 pouch, because so many of my gems overlap in differing circumstances and no wish to purchase 12 lv 90+ gems, and use my 2nd pouch (and part of escape pouch) for storage of unused gems, swapping them out as the situation changes.
