Default Clan Tax Customization for Individuals
Essentially, revise the clan tax to be just a floor implemented by the clan, and then each player can determine (up to 50%) what he/she wants to actually donate from chests.

Pro's I can think of:
If a character is non-paid, he/she can still contribute to the clan at an improved rate. This allows people to more easily customize how much they contribute to the clan, and base donations off of current economic tidings.

Con's I can think of:
There are RP donations for this reason.
In essentia, I'm not sure if this counts as mass non-paid account RP farming while the paid players in the clan kick back and relax. This idea is probably the main reason why non-paid accounts are not allowed to donate RP to the clan in the first place.

im against.

there should be 1 tax rate for everyone in the clan, with everyone supporting that.

dif taxes per player gets confusing and annoying

I think you should be able to set the tax rate per rank.. just my opinion.
