don't know if it's a good idea cos dps of 2h now is higher than 1h+shield so prolly it would benefit 2h too much compared to 1h+shield.. but we could lower the percentage and do let's say 0,1% for 2h and 0,25% for 1h+shield... in that way it will be a very good suggestion
