Default Heavy Weapons

Skill that makes you less likely to be parried/blocked when you have heavy weapons

For slow effects, use the slow % but as a negative.

Just repeat for multiple effects.

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.

for 2h it would work nicely and have more of a chance to be closer to dualwielders

A quick glance through the weapon tables at the Nod Wiki shows that all weapons in a category have a very similar weight. The standard deviation is no more than 1-2 rock tbh. This doesn't give enough variety to tip the ballance in favor of a single weapon. For example, if I had access to the 81 epic slasher (6 rock) and the 81 slasher (8 rock), I'd still choose the epic one even if the normal one were 18 rock. This means that effectively this skill is simply a static bonus and it will be a second Striketrhough skill.

Yes, this skill will be more useful for 2-handers, but so is Striketrhough.

"Every point in this skill reduces the chance of your melee attacks being blocked or parried by 0.15% if using one-handed weapons or 0.3% if using two-handed weapons for a 15% or 30% reduction at a skill of 100."
