Slightly suggestion/modification:

0.15% if you use whips and or shield and .30% if u use only a 2h or dw others ( anything that doesnt gives extra skills while autoshotting pretty much).

I don't know about this tbh. Archers already receive a haste penalty for putting on a shield or whip. I don't like nerfs and this one seems unnecessary to me.

Would be a buff to purist archers since the skill is already set to .15% per point.

Aha you are correct, my mistake for not reading the skill properly. That being said, a buff is even more unnecessary in my view.

It is in fact a buff intended merely for pve archers as support class for bosses, since it is obvious that a 0.15% extra wont compensate all the defense skills that u get from whips/shield... so if u are a little more intelligent you would realize that only people trying to kill bosses in group and not been the tank as an archer wont use whips/shields and will get a chance to actually use more that exploit of weakness skills.

Why? because its obvious that if you are an archer and you want PvP you will use whips or even if you want to kill solo bosses you will use a shield and a whip... so here is where archers actually are MORE archers in groups and support more in bosses.

Yeah it's only a buff. If they wear a shield or whatever they keep the same we have now. If they don't they get 2x benefit from current trained eye.
