Farsight (future skill)
Farsight (EDIT: Mind over Matter) (Lv 20+ skill) - or Mental Conservation (see PPPS)
Effect 1: Increases your draw haste by 0.25% per point (up to 25% at skill of 100 - with this and Wizardry maxed, draw haste bonus with a Staff equipped would be 125% of 80% = 100%)
Effect 2: Additionally, at level 50 and 100 of this skill (or 10 and 50), you get an additional draw slot.
Draw Slot: The slot where the gems you draw show up.
Note 1: Gems in these slots are not considered in play.
Note 2: Having additional draw slots does not increase the amount of gems you draw at a time nor the speed at wich you draw them - it just gives you some room to decide what/when to use a gem. - Wich I can imagine being specially important later on with high Wizardry skill, when we draw gems really fast.
Allows you to have up to 2 (as suggested - could be more) additional gems out of the Gem Pouch at all times, improving the chance quality of your Gem Draws.
PS: Don't mind the values too much - it's the concept here that I'm trying to share.
PPS: Alternatively, all characters could get the draw slot increase automatically at certain character levels.
PPPS: Alternatively, Mental Conservation - a skill that seems incredibly inneficient, as each point invested only reduces mana costs by 0.15%, while the Staves skill reduces energy costs by the same amount as a mere side effect, additionally allowing one to equip powerful staves and deal more damage with them - could have the added effect of giving the additional draw slots at specific levels, much like Wizardry provides the use of additional Gem Pouches.
To this effect, Mental Conservation could be renamed Mind over Matter.
