Is this a permanent upgrade which is always active unless your premium account status expires?

question, if you have premium and grinder, if your premium expires, and you get it again, do you have to rebuy the grinder upgrade? or will it still be there?

Grinder is permanent, you buy it once and it's active as long as you have premium. If you lose premium it just goes inactive.
