Epics not showing up after 24 nonepics

Account wiseman, lvl 80.

Last 5 epics came exactly at drop number 11.
This time, drop number 11 was normal drop, followed by epic rune drop, 1 hour later.
I am not counting runes into drops, but this might be important, cause after it, everything went crazy.
So, I am on 24 nonepic drops now. Farming for higher lvl epics should take longer, but 24 is jut insane.
So I spoke with few more ppl who were waiting for 20+ drops to get an epic, and all mentioned same thing: all of us got an epic rune drop, while waiting for our epic to come for more then 20 nonepic drops.

This seems like a bug where getting an epic rune messes with epic drop count.

Totally agree with Wise ..... after 24 non-epic in VD4 drop ... I gave up and went to DMW ..... VD4 is now just a waste of time

I believe the bug has something to do with the areas. You both went into vd4 right? The only drops there are the crocs right? Perhaps trying to force the epic drop to be one or two epics causing the drop rate to go out of balance. I have noticed this as well as when someone goes to farm in the great dam. Because there are only two possible drops, the count drop rate goes up there as well.

These are just my thoughts. Don't know if they mean anything, but I agree, 24 drops w/o epic is strange.

I farmed VD3f for 24 drops straight before I got my first croc. At the time I assumed I will get a 90-94 epic trash paper.

It happens occasionally

The rest of the times in VD3f and 4f I get 11-14 non epics before crocodile / 89 crush drop.

Same has happened before in WC farming for 78 epics.

Occasionally the drop table "skips" an epic drop. Since I ALWAYS get epic 9-14 drops. When you don't get it in this table, it seems to reset.

Some things to note:

The times that this occurred were between game updates.

That is just insane, there should of been two epics by now instead of none.

Wonder if the code was changed and Glitchless never told us about it?

He buffed heroic so u get em faster there maybe he slowed em down at higher lvls to balance it?

Drop 26 = epic!

I am just happy that the nightmare is over. If more ppl get into this position, hopefully they would post it in forums, and more data would be collected. And hopefully Glitch will check this problem some day...
