Do you mine... do you want me to undercut you and have a constant battle of AH prices and not make any gold?

I didn't think so, me neither.

I would like anyone to apply to the mining guild where we can setup some set prices on ores, geodes and ingots. Everyone can make money and no one gets screwed.

Anyone in the guild will be set to the prices for auction house, private deals don't count.

Stability to the market and making gold is the idea here.

i used to make ore, but my build is more important for now. but yeah i like the idea. im in!

i'm up to aurum (tier 25) atm with 81 mining. When we get a few more people in we can talk about prices.

so your saying make it where the people are required to set citrine ingots for 40 gold (random number) if thats the case may be a pretty good idea to stop resource prices from tanking...im only a lower lvl miner/flameworker atm (tier 6 is highest i can do) but i love this idea

that's exactly it, everyone in guild can put their ores on AH at the same price. Depending on supply and demand we can also lower the set prices or raise, similar to gasoline.

I will check back tomorow regarding responses/popularity and then we can discuss prices. I have been using the same scale since i started mining last year. If you could all think of what is fair to the community while being a little more fair to us hard working guys at the same time.

I think geodes should be double or triple price of single ore.

Ingots for me i have to buy wood so i give a discount on the ores so i don't lose money nor rip anyone off. (i can do up to t24 ingots atm). This is purely dependant on the wood market for me.

i can get you alot of tier 1 wood, not that that would be any use... but still

i dont mine much (fishing is my primary resourcing skill) but if set ore prices will be reasonable ill join

btw low tier resource market will suck no matter what you do since there are too many people spamming it. i think it would be worth only for tier 10+ resources

imo we can set prices for low tier resources, the others that undercut will just lose gold.

I feel like this cant work since alot of ppl including me just go onto AH and see cheapest Ores then put our own ore for cheaper to sell faster.

but it could be enough people to set a standard on the pricing some ppl may sell cheaper but the mining guilds price will be the basic price

scale wise here is something i normally go by. Please don't just agree, add input.

the gold amounts is in order of tier

5 10 20 50 100 200 300 400 500 1000 1500 2000 2500 3000 3500 etc etc.
