Clan War Forfeit/Loss - Runes

A clan forfeits/ loses a war the first week of the month. They lose all territory/ rune power/ runes/ , etc. Once the losing/ forfeiting clan obtains rune power and runes, how soon can they activate the new runes?

Do they have to wait until the beginning of the next month?

What lvl runes can the activate?

ive never been in the position of losing a war, but i would guess that as soon as they put in a rank 1 rune and get 50k runepower, they can activate it.

if you just lost a war i wouldnt rush into getting any territory or dominance the day after, unless you have a secondary clan to whoop on.

The patient hunter gets the pray/rune :P
