Default Birth Time
It appears that characters born within the first 9 minutes of an hour have their birth time displayed incorrectly in the skill screen.

Example:

One character I have was born at 6:28pm and it displays correctly as 6:28pm

Another character I have was born at 9:07am and it displays incorrectly as 9:7am

I had just noticed and corrected that early today but I haven't implemented the patch yet. The next client update should fix that.
