Then new prowler CA doesnt have the same safeguard in place to prevent u using it by mistake. use to get a warning vaild targets not selected for this ability. this isnt the case with the prowler CA.

i agree with DL that if there are no valid targets the CA should target the prowler itself with the same dmg and incap. just as a cat will randomly spazz out for no reason.
