Arena with alts

I have 2 chars..not created by me, handed over long time ago, rerolled by me, clothed by me etc., now have my email and are always logged from same ip, they were put against my other alts and all alts lost 25 each fight..how many times I forgot. Not that I care for rating, need only the bonus, but I think it should not be the case that if characters are logged from same ip, they put against each other.

Sarcasm aside , if you new permanent owner of your acquired toons that has been given to you , you also need to change e-mail associated with accounts.
Easy fix! Everything (including hot zones) will be fixed within 2 days

Players who have the same e-mail and different IPs still face each other in arena. Using e-mail to avoid facing each other was being used as an exploit.

There's already a system in place that prevents two players who are currently on the same IP from facing each other. You either are using a multi-homed network where the IP can change sporadically, or you are not controlling both characters yourself.

My alts are logged with same IP...always. Their e-mail is same too. I did not take a screenshot..or I would be able to show you.

A screenshot would not reveal whether their IPs are momentarily changing due to your ISP or network configuration.

Are the characters in question logged on together at the same time on the same PC? If so, what are their names? (Can e-mail them to help@nodiatis.com if you don't want to say publicly).

Their names are Nevertoolate and Moonshadow.
Both are logged from same computer at same time. Different firefox windows. That happened with bhas, jal and baj too.
